Secure payment is online, using a debit card, credit card or optional PayPal account.
Once you receive your payment confirmation, you’ll be able to access your training, 24/7, even during holiday times, as the email address you sign up with is your username, and your password will be whatever you set.
Each course type varies in length, and people’s abilities and previous knowledge differ too, so it’s difficult to be specific. As a guide, we recommend allowing a few hours per course.
Great news, all resits are free. If you don’t initially pass, you can still return to the training notes to brush up on your knowledge.
All your training courses will remain available to you for six weeks from the day you enroll.
Having a six week window is an excellent way of saving you money as you can buy several courses at once and qualify for our multi-course discounts, this then allows you to spread your training over several weeks.
When you pass your end of course exam, we’ll email you your certificate. You can also download your unique certificate from your dashboard. After which, you can save, print or email it to your employer.
Yes, you can buy our online EASA Part 145 initial and refresher training courses for someone else.
Important information. Please make sure you sign up using their name as that will be the data used on the final certificate(s). However, you must use your data for the payment stage.
Yes, you can buy our online EASA Part 145 initial and refresher training courses for as many staff as you like.
We recommend our Volume Purchase Plan (VPP). Our VPP is where we electronically invoice you, and upon receipt of payment, we create and issue unique codes which you pass to your colleagues. The end-user enters their details, reducing error and burden on the programme manager. This method works particularly well for clients with rolling training requirements as you can call or email us to request addition codes. If you contact us during office hours, we can usually have your VPP account set up and running in under an hour, which is excellent if you need a ‘just-in-time’ training solution.
Alternatively, you can follow the process as if you were buying for another person (see the previous FAQ), but you will need to repeat the buying cycle for each new person’s course requirements. Please note, if you opt for this method, ensure you log out between each purchase.
